We are seeking a skilled Draftsman to assist our architect in preparing detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and plans for construction and architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software , a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate design concepts into precise drawings. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and plans based on sketches and specifications provided by the architect. Develop and modify 2D and 3D CAD drawings for building structures, interiors, and exteriors. Ensure that drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to finalize designs. Maintain an organized database of architectural drawings and documentation. Review and revise designs to accommodate client feedback or site conditions. Assist in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates when required. Conduct site visits to verify measurements and ensure design accuracy. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for technical clarifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other drafting software is a must. Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes . Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings . Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
