We are aligned to the 2030 agenda for sustainable development and have been involved in several transformative programmes, in the areas of health, water, sanitation and hygiene, solid waste management, women and child development, social protection and inclusion, rural development and livelihoods, to help ensure inclusive growth. >>Education Qualification Post Graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Engineering/Public Health Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sewerage design and implementation. >>Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of sewerage systems for urban projects. Utilize SewerGEMS software for the planning, analysis, and design of sewerage networks. Oversee the preparation of detailed project reports, feasibility studies, and technical specifications. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and timelines. Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during the construction phase. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards. Manage project budgets and resources effectively. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and permits. Mentor and train junior engineers and team members. >>Preferred Skill Proficiency in SewerGEMS software. Demonstrated experience in managing urban sewerage projects with a value of not less than 1000 Crs. Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards. Excellent project management and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital tools and software for event management and communication.
