Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume growth in the assigned territory. Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Ensure effective distribution and visibility of products across the territory. Drive primary and secondary sales while optimizing trade spends. Implement promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives to boost sales. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to senior management. Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably with a branded FMCG company. Regional Expertise: Strong understanding of the Ernakulam & Alappuzha markets. Sales Achievement: Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Preferred Candidate: Experience in handling General Trade (GT). Strong network of distributors and retailers in South Kerala. Experience in launching and expanding FMCG products in the region.
