Job Locations: Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune Shift: UK Shift (1.30 PM onwards) Experience: 4+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vendor Management Data Analyst to support the Vendor Management Office (VMO) by developing an automated tool to streamline contract digitization, vendor data analysis, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analytics, automation technologies, and process improvement, with a keen focus on accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Tool Development and Automation: Design and develop an automated tool for vendor data management, focusing on contract digitization, tracking, and reporting. Integrate multiple data sources into the tool for seamless data consolidation and analytics. Ensure the tool provides user-friendly dashboards and reports for procurement, legal, and VMO teams. Data Management: Collect, clean, and organize vendor-related data for effective analysis and reporting. Maintain and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness across all systems. Build scalable data models to enable dynamic analytics and forecasting. Process Optimization: Identify gaps in the current vendor management processes and propose automated solutions to address inefficiencies. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and data requirements for tracking vendor performance. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain automated dashboards for contract status, compliance, and key vendor metrics. Provide regular and ad hoc reports to stakeholders, highlighting actionable insights. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with procurement, legal, IT, and VMO teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Train team members on using the automated tool and ensure smooth adoption across teams. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel (advanced), SQL , and scripting languages such as Python or R . Experience with automation tools like UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx , or similar platforms. Familiarity with databases and APIs for data integration. Experience: Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analytics, tool development, or a similar role. Prior experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract lifecycle management is highly desirable. Other Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
