Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the school’s digital marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can effectively promote the school’s brand, programs, and events through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote the school’s brand, programs, and events. Identify target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage prospective students, parents, and the wider community. Content Creation & Management: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for the school’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Ensure all content aligns with the school’s brand voice, values, and messaging. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the school’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Monitor social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community. SEO & Website Management: Optimize the school’s website for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and rankings. Regularly update website content, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and user-friendly. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns to communicate with students, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders. Monitor email performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email marketing software. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the admissions, communications, and academic teams to align digital marketing efforts with the school’s goals. Coordinate with external vendors, such as graphic designers or video producers, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, SEO, and email marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva). Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
