The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic programs, and building strong relationships with airlines, travel partners, and other stakeholders. This role requires deep industry knowledge, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to manage and execute programs to achieve business objectives. Job Location: Pointe Noire, Congo Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Program Management: Design and optimize airline programs, loyalty initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Relationship Management: Strengthen partnerships with airlines, travel agencies, and corporate clients. Strategic Planning: Conduct market analysis, set sales forecasts, and report performance. Team Leadership: Mentor and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth ticketing, reservations, and compliance with industry standards. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. MBA is a plus • 5+ years of experience in the travel and airline industry, with a focus on GSA operations. • Proven track record in sales, business development, and program management. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Proficiency in GDS platforms (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre). • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
