Work closely with L&D team to support on training requirements Support L&D team to design, update and deliver learning initiatives Support L&D team's approach to training engagement and evaluation including ways to assess the training effectiveness and overall training impact Update the training data regularly and keep it up to date Research on L&D best practices, business case studies and share ideas on process improvement Share L&D dashboards and reports with relevant stakeholders regularly Share ideas to improve learner engagement and training effectiveness Qualifications: MBA / Master's degree with Specialization in HR Decent understanding of Learning frameworks Required Skills & Experience: Must have: Willingness to learn and grow Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent knowledge of MS Office, ability to prepare reports, graphs and PPTs.
