The Accountant will assist the accounts department in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and receipts. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely payments. Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting principles. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support business planning. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to identify discrepancies or inefficiencies. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and company procedures. Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation for financial audits. Assist in payroll processing, tax calculations, and other financial obligations. Support internal teams by providing financial insights and data analysis. Continuously review financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
