Deployment of newly developed product from Order placement to dispatch. Ensure to find best raw material supply lines in terms of specification, price & delivery. Ensure raw material availability for first order deployment. Ensure to run accurate costing with most cost-effective production process and raw material. To ensure an effective records & file maintain system for data & design accuracy. Carry out product development meetings in regular time frames with global/local teams to improve the conversion rate of samples to bulk. Possess strong customer and product knowledge, working across functions to ensure items are setup efficiently and accurately. Provides consistent information coming from counterpart, sales to process owners (Designers, Quality, CS) Carry out product re-engineering programs to increase the profit margins & operational effectiveness by liaising with global/local teams Ensure to follow best practices in safety, compliance & quality of service. Responsible for notifying managers on any environmental impact & or safety issues in the surrounding environment. Responsible for complying with all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
