Job description: Note :- Extensively Travelling to Pan India Job Role :- Chef De Cuisine / Brand Chef ( Italian Chef ) Experience :- 10 to 15 Years Key Responsibilities: Menu Development and Innovation: Design and develop innovative Italian menus aligned with the brand identity, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local market availability. Research and implement new Italian culinary trends and techniques. Conduct taste tests and refine recipes to maintain quality and consistency across all locations. Kitchen Management and Operations: Lead and manage kitchen teams at various locations, providing training and development opportunities to ensure high culinary standards are met. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food production, inventory management, and cost control. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. Monitor and address any operational issues within the kitchens. Brand Representation: Act as the culinary ambassador for the Italian restaurant brand, upholding its reputation and image. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional menus and culinary events. Participate in food festivals and industry events to showcase the brand's culinary expertise. Travel and Site Visits: Extensive travel across India to visit different restaurant locations, assess kitchen operations, and provide guidance to local culinary teams. Conduct quality checks on food preparation, presentation, and overall dining experience. Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to maintain brand standards. Staff Training and Development: Train kitchen staff on proper Italian cooking techniques, recipe execution, and plating standards. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the culinary skills of the kitchen team. Identify and nurture talent within the kitchen teams.
