Job Description: Business Manager will act as key personnel responsible for direct customer interactions, develop new business strategies and growth of different segments of business. The role entails working with internal team in acquiring new customers in BFSI segment and also managing existing customers for increasing the overall top-line and bottom-line of the assigned business. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic planning for assigned businesses and help in decision making. Work on business development thereby increasing overall revenue with focus on EBITDA. Identify the sales prospect and discuss with the sales team on the strategies for conversion. Coordinate internally with multiple stakeholders including IT, Operations, Sales and Support teams to achieve customer-set milestones. Identify areas of reducing the overall operations cost and thereby increasing the overall EBITDA for the business. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in both middle and top management. Ability to negotiate and close the deals with clients. Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention rates. Identifying potential risks to the business and developing strategies to mitigate them. Actively research on the market trends and provide inputs to internal team for improvisations in the existing product and also for new product development. Preparation of multiple reports, compile and analyze the data to generate insights for decision making. Schedule regular reviews with sales and operations team for achieving the set targets. Shall present the business overview to the top management sighting the next course of actions
