Role Description The Assistant Professor position is a full-time, on-site role located in Neemrana. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students, conducting research and publishing scholarly articles, participating in academic and professional service, and contributing to the development of curriculum and course materials. Qualifications: PhD/M.tech/B.Tech/MSc in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or a closely related field. Strong teaching abilities with a focus on student-centred learning and engagement. Proven track record of conducting research and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. Expertise in one or more of the following areas: aerodynamics, flight mechanics, propulsion, aircraft structures, avionics, or aircraft maintenance. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and simulation tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, industry partners, and researchers. Previous experience teaching at the undergraduate level is highly desirable.
