We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Designer + Draftsman with expertise in structural design and drafting of American RCC and steel structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, relevant experience, and the ability to contribute effectively to a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and draft structural elements for residential, commercial, and industrial structures in accordance with American standards. Develop detailed drawings and structural plans using Revit and AutoCAD . Conduct structural analysis and calculations using Staad Pro , ETABS , Tekla Tedds , EnerCalc , and Excel sheets. Collaborate with multiple teams and departments to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of designs. Prepare reports and documentation to support project requirements. Ensure adherence to industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Qualifications & Education: M.Tech in Structural Engineering (preferred). MS from the USA with PE certification would be an added advantage. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in structural design and drafting. Proficiency in American RCC and steel structure projects. Technical Skills: Design & Drafting Tools: Revit, AutoCAD. Structural Analysis Software: Staad Pro, ETABS, Tekla Tedds, EnerCalc. Other Tools: Excel sheets for structural calculations. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical thinking. A team player with the ability to work seamlessly across multiple teams and departments. Adaptable and versatile in handling diverse tasks and projects.
