We are looking at hiring Senior Brand Executive for our projects in Pune. Specifics of the role We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to develop and execute branding strategies, campaigns, and events that resonate with our target audience while reflecting our company’s values and vision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content and Creative Development: Coordinate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, digital creatives, videos, and other collateral. Generate creative materials, templates, and marketing assets. Brainstorm and develop innovative ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and activations. 2. Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns aligned with the company’s goals and target audience. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns. 3. Event Planning and Coordination: Support the execution of events such as product launches, customer engagement activities, and community initiatives. Ensure seamless execution from conceptualization to on-ground delivery. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to understand customer preferences, market trends, and competitors’ strategies. 5. Brand Operations: Maintain records of all agreements, trademarks and their renewals, invoices, proformas, and monthly payments against budgets. Actively track the Corporate Relations email and escalate issues to relevant teams when needed. Examples include: Handling emails from inconvenienced customers. Addressing regulatory body concerns regarding project advertising compliance (e.g., RERA details). Ensure timely and accurate delivery of audit data. 6. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, CRM, Post-Possession Experience Team, etc.) and external stakeholders (agencies, vendors) to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. Skills: Strong creative and analytical thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Excel, MS Office, Google Analytics). Fundamental knowledge of brand management, digital marketing, SEO, and paid media. Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills and proficiency in English. Highly organized, with strong project management abilities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about building brands and storytelling. Team player with a collaborative mindset. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
