Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Hotel MahaMaya, Smart City Satna. The General Manager will oversee daily business operations, develop strategies to meet business goals, manage budgets, and lead and motivate the team to ensure company success. Qualifications Minimum Qualification 5+ Years in Managing Banquet Hall & Lawns. Proven experience in a managerial role Strong leadership and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to analyze financial data Knowledge of industry regulations and trends Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality.
