As a Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students, understanding their educational needs, and offering personalized mentorship to help them succeed in their competitive exams. This is a target-based role focused on generating leads and converting them into successful enrollments for our programs. You will be responsible for providing expert advice to students and their families, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions that align with our offerings at PW Tuition Center. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a mentor and guide for students, helping them navigate through the available programs and courses. Generate leads and actively engage with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. Convert leads into admissions by understanding student needs and offering the right courses and programs. Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students and their parents to understand their career goals and provide tailored educational solutions. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation and admissions. Maintain detailed records of all counselling sessions, lead interactions, and conversions. Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute promotional activities that boost student interest and engagement. Work in a competitive environment, staying motivated to meet targets and contribute to the growth of the center. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Minimum 1+ years of experience in counselling, especially in educational institutions or competitive exam coaching centers. Proven track record of lead generation and admission conversion . Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide students effectively. A passion for education and helping students succeed in competitive exams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
