You’ll work closely with our MarCom team to deliver designs that not only look amazing but also resonate with audiences. Key Responsibilities Creative Design: Create compelling and visually stunning graphics for digital campaigns, marketing materials, and branding using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly web pages and application front-ends that enhance the user experience. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, modern design techniques, and user preferences to produce upbeat, engaging designs. Campaign Development: Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing campaigns across platforms. Design Standards: Maintain consistency in branding and adhere to design guidelines across all projects. Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes and prototypes to visualize concepts before final implementation. Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in graphic design and UI/UX for web pages and applications. Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma is a must. UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and trends. Creativity: Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually engaging designs. Attention to Detail: Meticulous about design quality, consistency, and usability. Communication Skills: Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly to stakeholders.
