The Dean will collaborate with stakeholders to promote innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and global engagement while upholding the university's mission and values. -Academic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Faculty of Engineering aligned with the university’s goals. Foster academic excellence through innovative curriculum development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance. -Research Excellence: Enhance the university's reputation through impactful publications and intellectual contributions.
