Position Manager – Accounts (L6M) Business Unit/Division Swaraj Division Reports To Senior Manager - Accounts Responsibilities & Key Deliverables MIS generation for Plant Accounts Monitoring and analysis of Plant related Expenses, suppliers & contractors bills, GL scrutiny & aging reports and coordination with concerned depts.. for implementing corrective actions Ensuring timely & accurately completion of monthly closing activities related to Plant accounts Organizing information for quarterly/annual audits as per given formats & timelines Ensuring adherence of DoA applicable to Plant expenses Monitoring adherence to compliances applicable to Plant Accounts Initiating process improvements and digitization projects for Plant Accounts Monitoring adherence to Risk & Control Matric (RCMs) & SOPs related to Plant Accounts Experience (years) Working experience of 10-12 years in a manufacturing unit Qualification CA / ICWA Competencies Result orientation Presentation skills Communication Skills Customer Centricity Adaptable to change management Analytical skills SAP knowledge (FI - Module) Accounting knowledge MS Office knowledge Knowledge of related statues – GST/TDS/PF etc.
