Maintain detailed logs of escalations and analyze trends to identify areas for process improvement. SKU Alignment with the D2C Growth Team: Collaborate with the D2C growth team for SKU alignment and regular updates. Analyze sales data to optimize SKUs for better performance and availability. OMS Hygiene Maintenance: Audit Order Management Systems (OMS) for discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain OMS hygiene. Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and generating actionable insights. Create and maintain dashboards for tracking operational metrics and performance. Uniware OMS Tool Expertise: Use Uniware OMS for efficient order management, team training, and issue resolution. Optimize order workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing. Marketing Plan Coordination with the Influencer Team: Work closely with the influencer team to plan and execute marketing campaigns. Monitor campaign performance, track results, and provide insights to improve future strategies. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in D2C operations or E-commerce roles. Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS), particularly Uniware. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities for cross-functional teamwork. Familiarity with marketing campaigns and performance tracking is a plus.
