Job Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join our Engineering Services team. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR expertise and be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth HR processes and a positive workplace environment. Job Title: HR Executive – Engineering Services Experience Level: 2-3 Years in HR Work Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu (On-site) Qualification: B.Tech graduate in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (preferred) Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution. Facilitate effective communication between employees and management to foster a positive work culture. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process by assisting in feedback collection and evaluation. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support day-to-day HR activities and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Job Requirements Experience: Previous experience as an HR Executive, HR Assistant, or in a similar role is preferred. Skills: Familiarity with HR practices, recruitment processes, and employee relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
