This position requires a strong background working with Plastic Molding, White goods, and the Automotive OEM industry and customers and a thorough understanding of industrial markets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to increase sales of industrial products. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs and develop marketing materials accordingly. Identify and attend trade shows and other industry events to promote the organization's products and services. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and promotions. Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Prepare and present reports on marketing and sales activities to senior management. B2B / Institutional Sales. Generating new leads. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners. Gathering market and customer information. Negotiating variations in price, delivery, and specifications.
