Key Responsibilities: Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention. Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks. Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory. Manage databases: Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets Coordinate travel: Arrange travel for staff and employees Process requisitions: Prepare specifications and process requisitions for supplies and forms Maintain office equipment: Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipments Renewal of AMC and any other Key Requirements: Graduate with any degree (BBA / MBA degree preferred). Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.) Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
