Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Learning and Development or related fields Key Responsibilities: Training and Development Programs: Design and deliver engaging and impactful training modules aligned with organizational goals. Conduct training needs assessments and develop learning solutions to address skill gaps. Competency Framework Development: Develop and maintain a competency framework encompassing skills, attitudes, knowledge, and cultural parameters. Evaluate employee development against defined competencies and provide feedback. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with department heads to identify learning priorities and ensure alignment with business strategies. Partner with external trainers or vendors to deliver specialized programs when required. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Measure training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics. Continuously improve learning initiatives based on feedback and organizational changes. Cultural Integration: Embed Jaipur Rugs’ core values into training programs, fostering alignment with the company’s vision and mission.
