Job Description As a Sales Manager at VedAtma, you will be responsible for driving sales performance to meet company objectives. The selected candidates’ day-to-day responsibilities include: ● Work closely with leadership to develop and implement sales strategies. ● Establish relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities. ● Candidate should be results-driven with a passion for industry and a deep commitment to VedAtma’s mission. ● Bring in startup ecosystem knowledge and exposure, promoting innovation and new business opportunities. ● Working closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent lead generation. ● Accurate feedback on the leads for enhanced performance. ● Gather and provide insights on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior to optimize sales strategies. ● Compiling and analyzing sales figures, and reporting back to senior management teams. ● Lead the expansion of revenue for the company, which is now expanding across India. Requirements: ● MBA graduate ● Proven experience (3+ years) in a sales management or similar role engaging in High- end, luxury product line sales ( Real estate, luxury cars, Premier Education Advisors) ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills for client interactions and team instructions. ● Proven track record of positive sales performance. ● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach beneficial agreements. ● Creating and implementing a sales plan. ● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Location – Kochi Salary Range – 4.8 - 6 LPA Years of experience - 3- 4 years
