The ideal candidate will assist in gathering market data, tracking industry trends, and providing insights to support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Market Research : Conduct research to gather insights on consumer preferences, behaviors, and trends that impact the automotive sector. Data Analysis : Analyze market data, including consumer behavior studies, economic conditions, and technological advancements, to identify key trends and opportunities. Support Decision Making : Assist in providing relevant insights and reports to senior management and other departments, aiding in business strategy and decision-making. Government & Policy Monitoring : Track and report on government notifications and policy changes related to the auto industry. Trend Monitoring : Regularly track and monitor market trends, economic indicators, and shifts in consumer preferences to anticipate industry developments. Risk Assessments : Support the team in conducting risk assessments and helping develop contingency plans for potential market challenges. Market Input Collection : Assist in the collection of monthly market inputs and key information for India’s automotive business ecosystem. Daily Updates : Contribute to a daily round-up of key information, news, and updates that directly or indirectly impact the automotive industry. Qualifications & Skills: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. 6-9 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategy. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data. Familiarity with the Indian automotive market and relevant government policies. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively with team members and across departments.
