Summary Position: Google Ads Specialist Location: Udaipur/In-House Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2+ years in Google Ads campaign management Salary Range: 25K to 60K Key Responsibilities As a Google Ads Specialist at KD Digital, you will: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across platforms, including Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube. Develop comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to client objectives and industry standards. Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure high ad relevance. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Implement effective negative keyword strategies to minimize ad spend wastage. Landing Page Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and developers to create high-converting landing pages. Align ad messaging with landing page content for a seamless user experience. Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Ensure all campaigns are effectively tracked for lead generation and e-commerce performance. Generate actionable insights from data to refine strategies and enhance campaign ROI. Client Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and future recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders. Maintain consistent communication to ensure client goals are met and exceeded. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a self-motivated and data-driven Google Ads Specialist with the following qualifications: Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Proven success in managing high-budget campaigns across various industries (Preference to Healthcare and Local Ads Experience). Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with keyword research tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Knowledge of A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or Hotjar is a plus. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for tracking and tagging. Analytical & Creative Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations. Ability to craft compelling ad copy and work collaboratively with design teams. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
