About the Role : Responsible for establishing the brand and managing the sales and business development activities for Secured & Unsecured Loan segment. Responsibilities : Responsible for overall sales and cross sell targets through building and development of internal team and external channels (micro - connectors, micro campaigns and centralized leads) and also maintain adherence to customer satisfaction and profitability metrics. Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set. Implement and engage in branch promotion activities for establishing the brand and increasing market coverage. The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent market. Responsible for customer management including all the customer related queries, issues, grievances and focus on resolving them at the earliest along with other cross functional teams in the branch. Ensure that all customer documentation is maintained in the prescribed format and transfer of documents is done safely and seamlessly. Provide market feedback on product offerings, channels and processes to the senior levels to improve the same. Ploy and ensure adherence by team to effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored and controlled on an on-going basis. Collaborate and provide requisite data for risk management and internal audit processes. Responsible for knowing and complying with all the legal requirements as per the law of the land. Support collections team in assessing delinquency. Ability to hire and build DST team and provide support to HR in hiring process. Responsible for payment of channel partners (connectors) timely. Ensure DST and channel partners (connector) development through right training initiatives. Model and foster behaviors that support the organization’s values and culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability and dedication to the organization. Monitor individual & team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations. Qualifications : Minimum 3 years of experience. Worked in Business loan in DSA segment in banks/NBFC/Fintech. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT & MS Word. Ability to work during stretched hours.
