This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in talent acquisition, coupled with hands-on experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will possess 19-20 years of experience, with a significant portion in healthcare hiring. Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition Strategy : Design and implement comprehensive hiring strategies for bulk and lateral recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and maintain robust recruitment pipelines for critical roles. Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the recruitment function. Healthcare Domain Expertise : Leverage industry knowledge to source and attract top talent for specialized healthcare roles. Ensure adherence to compliance standards specific to the healthcare sector. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide tailored solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition trends and best practices. Process Optimization : Streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. Regularly report on hiring progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership. Qualifications & Experience : 19-20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk and lateral hiring. Proven track record in the healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of its talent landscape. MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institution preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in managing multi-location recruitment operations. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
