Position Title: AM or DM- L&D Product Training and Agriculture Business Grade: Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager Experience : 5-7 years Age Grou p: Up to 32 years Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Education Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any stream / Master's preferred Roles and Responsibility: Training Design & Delivery: Develop and conduct Product, Process, Sales, Functional, and Soft Skills training for teams across: - Sales : Retail, Exports, ISPs, Food Service. - Agriculture verticals . - Corporate or Enabling Functions like HR, IT, Finance, etc. Content Development & LMS Management: Create and update high-quality training content tailored to organizational and team-specific needs. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for training delivery, tracking, and reporting. Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements. Develop training plans and schedules based on TNA outcomes. Performance Measurement: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and on-the-job performance improvements. Continuously improve training modules based on participant and stakeholder feedback. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of training programs with business goals. Coordinate with external trainers and vendors for specialized training needs.
