We have developed and commercialized several bio stimulant products for improving the plant growth and yields. Roles & Responsibilities: • Co-responsible for inspection of Raw material, Packing materials, Semi-finished & Finished goods in their respective shift. • Report deviations to the Central QA Team and help develop Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) to improve processes and systems.• Work alongside the production team to follow Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) standards and ensure compliance. • Work with the Production/Factory Manager or section in-charges to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Provide technical support to the production team in implementing systems and procedures. • Understand raw materials, storage practices, and validation processes to maintain product consistency. • Assist with QA audits and inspections by agencies like Eco-Cert, IMO, FSSAI, and Legal Metrology. • Support in handling internal and external customer complaints and co-ordinate with relevant stakeholders for Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) closure. • Ensure the trainings are conducted as per the annual training calendar. • Keep documentation and records organized and up-to-date. • Ensure compliance of GMP & GHP requirements as per the Quality Management system. • Investigate non-conforming materials, components, and products, and ensure corrective actions are taken. • Check and verify the quality of finished products and packaging before they proceed to the next production step. • Follow work procedures & guidelines for processing quality and ensure their implementation. • Respective shift related data must be recorded properly and communicated to the team for effective MIS
