Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and employee referrals.Post job openings on job portals, the company website, and social media platforms.Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions and requirements.Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in interviews with candidates.Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Help with onboarding processes, including document collection and coordination.Support the recruitment team in organizing career fairs and campus recruitment drives.Research market trends and competitive salary data to assist in recruitment strategies.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and job requirements.Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR documentation.Provide general HR support as needed.Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Good organizational skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Previous internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.Benefits:Hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and HR functions.Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced IT company.Mentorship and guidance from experienced HR professionals.Certificate of internship completion and potential for future employment.Exposure to various HR processes and best practices.
