Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Maintain and manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events. Assist with office administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure all visitor logs and necessary documentation are properly recorded. Monitor office security and access by controlling visitor entry and ensuring compliance with protocols.
