We’re looking for a super creative Graphic Designer who can translate a brand’s essence into impactful visuals while tailoring them for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. Your Role: As a Graphic Designer at YS, you will: Creative Development: Design high-impact Amazon product creatives , including A+ Content, infographics, enhanced brand content, and storefront designs. Develop branding assets that align with each client’s unique voice and target customer profile. Strategic Visualization: Conceptualize and execute visuals that enhance product appeal and drive conversions on Amazon. Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative output with brand positioning and strategy. Customer-Centric Approach: Understand client products, customer profiles, and industry trends to craft designs that resonate with target audiences. Incorporate customer feedback and data insights to continuously refine designs for better performance. Result-Oriented Design: Monitor the impact of designs on client performance (CTR, conversion rates, etc.) and optimize accordingly. Stay updated with Amazon guidelines for content and image specifications. Collaborative Workflows: Work closely with account managers, content writers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of creative projects. Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining top-notch quality. What We’re Looking For: Experience & Skills: 3–5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon creative design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva. Experience with Amazon creative assets like A+ Content, enhanced product images, and storefronts is a big plus. Creativity & Vision: A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality to drive measurable results. Strategic Thinking: An understanding of branding, customer psychology, and product-market fit. Capability to analyze and incorporate customer data into design strategies.
