To continue our growth, we are currently looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Performance Marketing Executive at HealthFab. The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness through innovative digital marketing strategies on a day-to-day basis. The Executive will lead performance-driven campaigns across various channels, ensuring optimal return on investment and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Salary as per market standards, negotiable on experience. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement high-impact performance marketing strategies and execution plans. Drive traffic and conversions through paid and organic media channels and marketplaces. Analyze campaign data, Research keywords, spot trends and insights for best performance. Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns. Collaborate with the teams to brainstorm and create engaging ad content. Test and optimize creatives, messaging and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests to refine strategies and maximize campaign performance. Budget Optimization: Efficiently manage and allocate marketing budgets to achieve strong ROI and CAC targets. Channel Exploration: Identify and experiment with new age digital marketing channels to enhance acquisition and retention. Marketing Automation: Implement automation tools to streamline lead generation and campaign processes. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new tools to keep the strategies fresh. Key Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field. Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing Role either with a brand or a digital marketing agency with a proven track record of performance marketing success. Expertise in multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media and related channels. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google and Meta ad platforms. Solid understanding of campaign analysis and reporting. Experience with programmatic platforms, DSPs, OTTs, Affiliates and Marketplaces is a plus Graphics, Creative sense, experience in basic editing tools like Canva, InShot etc. and candidates with some exposure to content creation will be preferred.
