Key responsibilities: Working on a complete recruitment cycle. Resolving and addressing day-to-day admin-related issues. Managing applications in ATS. Handling employee engagement. Assigning work to office staff. Handling the onboarding process. Handling the exit process. Ensuring a structured management of all the important data of the company. Working on other administration-related works. Requirements: Good communication skills. Experience with any ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People.
