Learn more at: Position: Technical Security and Penetration Test Specialist Location: Gandhinagar, India Experience Required: 3 to 10 years Work Mode: Full-time, 5 days a week (On-site) Shift Timings: Rotational shifts: 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST 8:00 PM IST to 4:00 AM IST We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Technical Security and Penetration Test Specialists. If you have a strong background in cybersecurity and are ready to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you! Job Description: This position will be in charge of the planning and execution of the internal and external penetration and security tests, including vulnerability scanning and remediation, with high quality and on time. Will own the communication with internal and external stakeholders on all levels - from technical to strategic and authorities, on the penetration testing subject. This position will also liaise with the Director of the team and facilitate the distribution of tasks to the locally based team, ensure the compliance with local requirements and regulation and provide support to team members. Will own the local employee engagement initiatives, propose and conduct events and training, facilitate the local implementation of global team policies and tasks. Will be an advisor on the specifics of the business operations in the region. Will establish close relationships with IT and non-IT stakeholders, including participation in meetings, forums and reports. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders. Evaluate cost/benefit, economic, and risk analysis in decision-making process. Identify organizational policy stakeholders. Review existing and proposed policies with stakeholders. Develop or assist in the development of training policies and protocols for cyber training. Analyze organizational cyber policy. Identify and address cyber workforce planning and management issues (e.g. recruitment, retention, and training). Monitor the rigorous application of cyber policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of planning and management services. Seek consensus on proposed policy changes from stakeholders. Provide policy guidance to cyber management, staff, and users. Review, conduct, or participate in audits of cyber programs and projects. Serve as an internal consultant and advisor in own area of expertise (e.g., technical, copyright, print media, electronic media). Determine level of assurance of developed capabilities based on test results. Develop test plans to address specifications and requirements. Install and maintain network infrastructure device operating system software (e.g., IOS, firmware). Make recommendations based on test results. Determine scope, infrastructure, resources, and data sample size to ensure system requirements are adequately demonstrated. Create auditable evidence of security measures. Validate specifications and requirements for testability. Analyze the results of software, hardware, or interoperability testing. Perform developmental testing on systems under development. Perform interoperability testing on systems exchanging electronic information with other systems. Perform operational testing. Test, evaluate, and verify hardware and/or software to determine compliance with defined specifications and requirements. Record and manage test data. Why Join Us?
