Job Overview : Excelohunt is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition. This role involves end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and ensuring smooth hiring processes, working from our Chandigarh office during day shifts. Responsibilities : Sourcing and Screening Candidates : Identify and source potential candidates for various roles through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels. Conducting Interviews : Schedule, conduct, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Job Posting : Create and post engaging job descriptions across various platforms to attract top talent. Candidate Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current candidates. Offer Negotiation : Assist in preparing and extending offer letters while managing negotiations with selected candidates. Maintaining Recruitment Data : Manage and update recruitment databases and maintain accurate records in Excel. Coordinating with Hiring Managers : Work closely with department heads to understand recruitment needs and provide timely hiring solutions. Market Research : Stay updated on hiring trends and suggest innovative approaches to attract the best talent. Onboarding Support : Facilitate the initial stages of onboarding by coordinating with HR teams and ensuring new hires are well-prepared to join. Requirements : Graduation is a must. 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields. Own laptop required. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively. Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel, is beneficial. Enthusiastic about learning new recruitment tools and processes. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
