Position : AR Caller No of Vacancies : 20 Job Location : Ashram Road-Ahmedabad (Work from Office) Shift time : US Shift - 6.30 PM to 4.00 AM (Mon-Fri Working) Benefits : Night Shift Allowance, Pick and drop facility Here you can refer to the Job description of this Opportunity. Roles & Responsibilities : Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of Provider and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable. Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals. Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims. Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project. Post payments and write off the contractual adjustments accordingly while working on the accounts. Identify and report trends and issues related to claims and billing Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards. Must be spontaneous and have high energy level. A brief understanding on the entire Revenue Cycle Management. Must be willing to work in Night Shifts. Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times. Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned. Desired Candidate Profile : Must have High School Diploma or GED. Ready to work from office. Immediate joiners Preferred. Should be willing to work in US Shift. Experience as an AR Caller in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management process. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite. Ability to prioritize and manage work queue. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good typing skills with a speed of min 35-40 words /min.
