Mastroke is on the lookout for an experienced and visionary SEO Department Head to join our growing team. As a leading provider of digital marketing solutions for e-commerce businesses, we take pride in delivering innovative strategies that drive online success. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of search engine optimization, a proven track record of leading successful SEO campaigns, and the ability to manage and inspire a team of SEO specialists. This role will report to the Head of SEO which includes 3 key growth opportunities  Work with Top E-commerce Clients: You’ll collaborate with E-commerce clients across the US, UK, and Australia etc.  Strategic Leadership: Take ownership of client accounts, oversee daily operations, and shape innovative SEO strategies.  Innovation and Impact : Contribute to new product and service development as Mastroke undergoes strong expansion, turning insights and trends into actionable growth strategies. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will:  Oversee the delivery of client SEO services—either directly or by Team Leaders  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination, efficient campaign execution, and successful delivery.  Lead multi-project planning, communicating timelines, process updates, and roadblocks to relevant parties.  Maintain and enhance quality across all ongoing SEO campaigns, from audits to reporting.  Build and nurture relationships with agency stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction.  Identify opportunities for new business, supporting agency growth targets.  Collaborate with the Department on sales proposals and RFPs, providing data-driven insights where needed.  Refine sales propositions and processes for more efficient delivery.  Train, mentor, and develop direct reports to help them grow in their roles.  Identify potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities across agency offerings.  Be a knowledge leader in analytics—develop this expertise within the team and guide implementation. What we'd love to see from you  8+ years of core SEO experience along with 5+ years in managing large-size teams.  Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Woo Commerce, must  Deep knowledge of Google’s ranking algorithms with proven experience in the Shopify store and Woo commerce platform  Proficiency in auditing websites and identifying opportunities to improve search rankings.  Familiarity with conversion optimization (CRO/LPO), technical SEO (JavaScript, CSS, HTML), and page performance.  At least 5 years in a strategic or client-facing role within an agency environment.  Strong problem-solving skills with a balance of big-picture thinking and attention to detail.  Ability to coach, train, and inspire clients and team members.  Effective in driving a data-driven culture and implementing industry best practices Culture & Perks:  Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent  Workdays: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)  Opportunity to work closely with young leadership.  Fun & collaborative environment.
