We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Media Buyer to oversee our Meta and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a data-centric approach to optimizing paid advertising strategies and enhancing our market presence in Australia and the US. Key Responsibilities: Execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns specifically tailored for the Australian and US markets Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring cost-effective bid strategies and maximizing ROAs Conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, using data to drive strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and creative elements Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in PPC and SEM to apply best practices in campaign management Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of advertising campaigns with overall business objectives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or a related analytical field At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads with a strong focus on analytics and performance metrics Advanced proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Excel Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize large ad budgets effectively Strong quantitative skills, with an aptitude for identifying trends and insights through data analysis Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in an understandable and persuasive form Email Marketing knowledge will be beneficial. Proactive and organized, with a systematic approach to problem-solving Minimum Requirements: Have managed paid ads campaigns in the past on Facebook/Google, preferably for eCommerce/DTC brands Managed a minimum of $40000 in ad spend/monthly.
