Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Track Sales Performance: Utilize the Quick Portal to monitor, analyze, and report on sales data, ensuring timely updates and maintaining accurate records. Provide insights and reports on sales performance to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Lead Generation: Drive proactive lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities, including outreach to prospective clients. Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of leads, ensuring effective follow-up and conversion strategies. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Design, Shopify, and other internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Coordinate with teams to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives and product developments. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals, targeting both existing customers and new prospects. Foster strong relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships from lead to post-sale, ensuring a smooth process and continuous support to maintain long-term partnerships. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, lead generation, and performance tracking. Familiarity with sales tools such as Quick Portal, CRM software, and lead generation platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. Experience in managing and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to optimize sales strategies.
