Job Description

Experience- 1-2 years  Campaign Setup and Management Campaign Creation : Set up paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. Targeting and Bidding : Implement precise audience targeting strategies (demographics, interests, behaviors) and manage bidding strategies (CPC, CPA, CPM) to optimize campaign performance. Ad Copy and Creative Management : Coordinate with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives (banners, videos, copy) are aligned with campaign goals and client brand guidelines. Campaign Optimization Monitor Campaign Performance : Track and monitor ongoing campaigns daily, ensuring they are performing according to plan and adjusting strategies as needed to improve performance. Budget Optimization : Ensure that campaigns stay within allocated budgets, making adjustments as necessary to optimize return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS). A/B Testing : Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify high-performing variations and improve campaign results. Data Analysis and Reporting Performance Reporting : Generate detailed performance reports, showing key metrics like impressions, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations based on the data. Insights and Recommendations : Use data-driven analysis to make informed recommendations for campaign optimizations, including changes to ad copy, targeting, or budget allocation. Competitor Analysis : Conduct research and monitor competitor campaigns to gather insights on their strategies, keywords, and ad performance. Collaboration with Other Teams Work with Designers : Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create high-quality ad creatives (static banners, carousel ads, video ads) that align with campaign goals. Work with Content Teams : Partner with content writers and SEO specialists to ensure that messaging is consistent across all marketing channels and resonates with target audiences.
