Job Description: IT Sales Specialist Experience: 3-5 years Location: Sitapura, Jaipur Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with 3-5 years of experience in selling software products and services. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets. Identify and prioritize prospective clients through research and lead generation. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Market Research & Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Identify emerging opportunities in targeted industries. Product & Service Expertise: Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our software products and services. Provide clients with tailored solutions based on their business needs. Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and presentations to generate qualified leads. Use CRM tools to track, manage, and follow up on leads and opportunities. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies. Collaboration: Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and post-sales support. Reporting & Metrics: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Familiarity with sales processes involving Indian Central and State Governments, as well as Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), will be an added advantage. Experience in handling international clients and understanding of global sales dynamics.
