Position: Client Relationship Manager Location : Gurgaon (Work from office) Experience: 3-6 years We are looking for a young, dynamic, self-starter pre sales client relationship manager for engagement, develop strong relationships with our customers. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key partners and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual growth in IT Software and Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership relationship strategies effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for our valuable clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the required support/assistance. Resolve client concerns and issues promptly to maintain a positive client experience. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our IT products and services to existing clients. Conduct check-ins and reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders. Engage in regular stakeholder meetings with clients to ensure alignment on project deliverables and to gather insights for future engagements. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in partnership and client relationship management is a must. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
