Job Title : Marketing Associate Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives, including both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, lead generation, program management, and brand promotion. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute effective marketing strategies that contribute to the growth of the brand and enhance customer engagement. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the development and execution of ATL/BTL marketing activities to increase brand awareness and engagement. Support lead generation strategies, helping to identify and convert potential business opportunities. Assist in the planning and management of marketing programs and campaigns to meet business goals. Coordinate brand promotion efforts across various platforms to maintain consistent messaging and positioning. Contribute to the development and execution of B2B marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing activities, providing insights to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (required). Master’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent advanced qualification (preferred). Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, with exposure to both ATL and BTL activities. Strong interest and knowledge in marketing trends, strategies, and tools. Skills Required : Hands-on experience with ATL and BTL marketing activities, including brand promotion and customer engagement tactics. Proven ability to execute lead generation strategies and effectively manage marketing programs. Experience with B2B marketing, promotional campaigns, and event coordination. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
