A reputed Manufacturing Company is looking for an HR Manager / HOD HR Department, to join and lead our Human Resources department. The location of this opening is Guwahati, with occasional travel to EPIP-Byrnihat, Meghalaya. This is an urgent and immediate opening. Primarily, the profile requires Hiring and Closing all urgent vacant positions at the Guwahati, Byrnihat and NCR offices. Secondly, the position required the candidates to pivot the organization from a Family-owned organizational management towards a more Professional Management. Responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing a new and comprehensive HR policies, Designing & Implementation of SOPs and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, Compliances including payroll systems and HR ERP Systems. The candidate is expected to conduct Telephonic and In person interviews, with an impeccable ability to shortlist suitable candidates which will not only speed up the recruitment process but also help save critical time. Ultimately, you will have to ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified Personnel. Job Description / Responsibility: 1.   To define the Hiring List and close all urgent vacancies. 2.   To discuss and define the Pain area related to HR Department and subsequent action to tackle the same 3.   To finalize and improve the formats of all major documents such Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Leave forms, etc. 4.   To formulate the SOPs for all processes related to Human Resource and their subsequent implementation. Designing and implementing a new comprehensive HR Policy. 5.    Filling EPF & ESIC Returns 6.   Attendance management through the Biometric Machines connected to the Cloud Systems and relevant report generations. 7.   Maintain employee benefits administration such as leave records, advances, insurance, medical, etc. in the Cloud based HRMS. 8.   Design a comprehensive compliance checklist and system for ensuring compliance with respect to Labour Laws, EPF, ESI, Wages and other relevant departments. 9.    Formulate Strategy for personnel welfare and improving overall employee satisfaction Qualification requirement for the Position: Educational Qualification: MBA in HRM (PGDM /PGDHRM will be an added advantage) Experience: Minimum 10 years of Industry experience preferably in a Manufacturing Industry or similar. Requirements: Knowledge of Payroll, Salary Processing, PF, ESIC, PTax, Bonus, Gratuity & Basic Knowledge of Accounting. Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems). Solid understanding of labor legislation. Excellent communication abilities; telephonic, written and verbal. The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing or other Factory Units. Must have prior and practical experience of filing returns of EPF & ESIC. Should have advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali and/or other local languages. Excellent Proficiency in MS Office. Should have strong interpersonal skills and leadership qualities.      Salary Range: Higher than Industry standards     Salary: 12 to 15 Lakhs CTC but open to negotiations
