The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reporting, with expertise in advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI. This role is designed for individuals with 0-3 years of experience who are passionate about handling large data sets and generating meaningful insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain MES (Manufacturing Execution System) reports and dashboards using advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, SQL, and Power BI. Manage and manipulate large data sets to create accurate, timely, and insightful reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reports and visualizations. Perform data analysis, ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of data presented in reports. Create and automate data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data integrity or report generation. Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from various business units. Key Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment. Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charts. Expertise in VBA and Power Query for data automation and manipulation. Solid understanding of SQL for querying large databases and extracting relevant information. Experience with Power BI for creating dynamic reports and dashboards. Ability to work with large data sets and perform data cleaning and transformation tasks. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
