Responsibilities: Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness Should identify, shortlist & select new partners as per perquisites of the company Should have a good understanding of customers’ needs in order to develop effective plans to meet those needs. Research and generate or follow through sales leads Responsible for increasing the primary sales for a given territory Should always aim to retain customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs in a proactive manner Meet personal sales targets Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data Maintain and expand customer database within your assigned territory Requirements: Preferably Bachelor's or Master's degree Proven field sales experience of 3-5 Years in the Automobile Industry is mandatory Candidates with experience in handling the products like Electric vehicle, Three Wheeler Commercial vehicle will be added advantage. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and driven Should be willing to travel across geographical locations for physical visit.
