The ideal candidate should have experience in HR tasks like onboarding, exit interviews, managing benefits and compensation, team restructuring, and resolving conflicts. We are looking for someone with great communication and people skills, a passion for supporting employee growth, and the ability to create a positive and welcoming work environment. Objective of this role: Manage, update, and implement employee processes and policies, ensuring proper documentation using HR systems. Keep employee data accurate and handle changes in workflows for tasks like candidate management, new hires, and organizational updates. Oversee data and file management for processes like hiring and employee exits across all personnel databases. Assist with the setup, updates, and communication for ongoing and yearly benefits programs and performance reviews. Organize new-hire orientation, including scheduling, preparing materials, and ensuring all required tasks are completed. Assist employees with HR-related issues like pay, benefits, rewards, vacation, misconduct, and resolving problems. Keep HR records and employee files updated, ensuring they follow rules and policies. Also, prepare information for charts and presentations about organizational changes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HR. Excellent communication and people skills with a strong sense of ethics. Skilled in solving problems and resolving conflicts effectively.
